Pervacio expands leadership team with John Heinel appointment

Pervacio has appointed John Heinel as Vice President Business Operations – a further indication of our intention to grow globally by providing end-to-end solutions and thought leadership to businesses operating in the reverse mobile device supply chain.

With more than 20 years of product and technology experience in mobile device and software industries, John has the ability to align complex business strategy with Pervacio’s enabling technologies to drive cost efficiencies for our customers.

John joins us from Nissan North America, where he led the transformation of dealer and aftersales systems to better serve the North American dealer network. Previously, John held senior technology and operational leadership positions in customer solutions, supply chain management and program management at Asurion to facilitate global expansion and headed up solution delivery teams for Oracle, Peoplesoft and Verint Systems. John holds a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.

In the reverse supply chain it is vital that businesses quickly diagnose and repair a mobile device correctly, the first time, and at the lowest turnaround cost. For consistency, these capabilities must be extrapolated to maintain process quality on a global scale.
