As part of a strategic restructuring to reinforce its position as a global leader in mobile device automation solutions, Pervacio has appointed Jason Saunt as Global Marketing Director.
With responsibility for strategic marketing direction, the 39-year-old joined Pervacio as Head of Global Marketing and Communication in July 2014 and his promotion reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its senior team to manage rapid expansion. Pervacio has doubled in size year on year for the past five years, mirroring the growth in the mobile technology supply chain, and has Fortune 500 customers in more than 35 countries and 12 offices across five continents.
The role of Global Marketing Director is a newly created, senior management position, and will see Jason work alongside CEO Sanjay Kanodia and Senior Vice President, European Operations Harry Hughes. As well as supporting the on going tech recruitment drive and providing marketing support to Pervacio’s development hubs around the world, Jason will be actively involved in the company’s European business development programme.
Pervacio’s CEO Sanjay Kanodia says: “For us, the main challenges associated with rapid growth are recruitment and the management of our brand, reputation, and portfolio internationally. This has become increasingly important as we strengthen our commitment to expansion into key markets such as the UK and Europe.
“Jason has the expertise to provide the strategic marketing support that will enable us to achieve our growth targets and underpin our recruitment of talented individuals to take the business to the next level.”
Jason has a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing and Business Management and extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Based at Pervacio’s regional development hub in the UK, Jason travels extensively in the USA, India and Japan. He manages a six-strong team located around the world and is currently recruiting to up-skill Pervacio’s marketing resource in the UK.
Jason says: “This is an exciting time for me because Pervacio is at the stage in its evolution where strategic marketing really comes into its own. It is central to meeting the on going challenge associated with managing a brand, awareness, reputation and product portfolio in order to support both our short and long-term business growth objectives globally”
Pervacio specialises in containing the cost of mobile device supply chain management, delivering its solutions through a web-based software management platform for suppliers across the retail, enterprise (government and security) and warehouse sectors, as well as insurance underwriters and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The UK and Europe are key markets for the US-headquartered company, which has invested in new development hubs in the UK and Finland to provide expert levels of support to clients in these markets.
